Hi, I’m Silvia.

I’m a psychologist - and also a lover of music, dancing, nature, sunshine, and colors.

I come from a broken family and lived what seemed like a “normal” life until the age of 27. Driven mostly by financial needs, I then left my home country on what became a 10-year journey of discovering who I really am.

Far from home, closer to myself

Separated from my roots, family, and everything familiar, I found something even more powerful— the freedom to be myself.

I worked and traveled across the world—first on cruise ships, then in the entertainment industry—living  and working in countries throughout Asia, Europe, and America.

Surrounded by people from many different countries and cultures, I learned not just about the differences between us, but about the deep similarities that connect us all.

A new perspective

I listened to the stories of so many people, and little by little, I began to appreciate my own story more. I realized how lucky I am to be who I am, to come from where I come from. And for the first time, I realized I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

Far from home, I sometimes felt more seen, valued, and appreciated than I ever had before. That helped me rediscover my femininity, build confidence, and reconnect with the beauty of being a woman. And I began to understand that without all the experiences I’ve lived—good and difficult—I wouldn’t be the woman I am today.

I believe in the meaning behind every experience

I believe that every experience carries a lesson to be learned. That our traumas, though painful, can become opportunities for growth.

I’ve learned a lot on my journey. And I’m still learning every single day, not just from my life, but also from the honest, real conversations I have with people like you.

Today, I try to understand people I once blamed, and I appreciate those who—in their own way— meant well or simply did the best they could.

This is, in short, my story.

What is yours?
