How I Work in Therapy
I want psychotherapy to be, for my clients, the beginning of a meaningful journey toward change — one where we both learn and grow together.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups who seek support in navigating emotional or behavioral difficulties. Together, we address challenges such as anxiety, phobias, addictions, sexual concerns, depression, stress, and burnout, as well as personal growth, decision-making, and finding clarity in different areas of life.
In my therapeutic work, I integrate tools and methods from the different schools and trainings I’ve studied — always adapting my approach to the person in front of me. My style is collaborative, solution-focused, and rooted in genuine human connection.
My Professional Background
I hold a degree in psychology with a thesis in neuroscience, and I’ve continued to develop professionally by learning from leading experts in the field. I’ve had the privilege to study with and be mentored by professionals such as Lucian Negoiță, Dragoș Cîrneci, Teodora Mețiu, and Tony Robbins.
My training combines both evidence-based approaches and personal development work that allows me to meet each client with presence, empathy, and clarity.

My Journey into Psychology
Psychology has been an old love of mine — one I flirted with as early as high school. Back then, it didn’t materialize into formal studies, but I came back to it later, after gaining a much deeper life experience and a more complex understanding of people and human connection.
My first university degree was in economics — that’s just how things were back then . Although I didn’t feel aligned with the economic field, I’ve always had a strong passion for business. Life took me across many parts of the world, but my desire to understand the human mind brought me back to psychology eventually.
I’ve done a lot of personal work through various techniques and types of therapy: I started with classic 1-on-1 therapy, then explored intensive personal development retreats, healing workshops, sound therapy, family constellations, public speaking courses, and life coaching.
While each of these experiences brought me something valuable, I resonated most with traditional therapy and solution-focused coaching methods — many of which are inspired by strategic therapy.
Whenever you feel it’s time to rewrite your story, I’m here to listen.
